Mobile Services Guidelines
To ensure NitoStyle can provide its customers with a great service experience in a timely fashion, the following guidelines are enforced by all our professional barbers and must be followed by all our current or future customers:

All additional information requests are made through our contact form and styling appointment schedules are made through our Booksy App profile.

Customers will only be served by appointment and must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance.

All appointments before or after regular hours of operation will have different prices, without distinction of person and location.

Clients should wait for their turn outside or in their cars and will be notified when the barber is ready to serve them.

To guarantee good management of time, all customers will be messaged in advance once the barber is available.

Customers who do not answer within 15 minutes will have their appointment automatically canceled.

Only the service for which the customer has reserved will be carried out. Any additional services will be charged accordantly.

A minimum of 24 hours in advance is required for cancellations or to make changes to an existing appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the value of the previous late canceled service in the next appointment.

Due to the Covid-19 virus please maintain the necessary protection and sanitation measures as instructed by your barber at all times.
