Mobile Services Guidelines 

To ensure NitoStyle can provide its customers with a great service experience in a timely fashion, the following guidelines are enforced by all our professional barbers and must be followed by all our current or future customers:

  • All additional information requests are made through our contact form and styling appointment schedules are made through our Booksy App profile.

  • Customers will only be served by appointment and must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance.

  • All appointments before or after regular hours of operation will have different prices, without distinction of person and location.

  • Clients should wait for their turn outside or in their cars and will be notified when the barber is ready to serve them.

  • To guarantee good management of time, all customers will be messaged in advance once the barber is available.

  • Customers who do not answer within 15 minutes will have their appointment automatically canceled.

  • Only the service for which the customer has reserved will be carried out. Any additional services will be charged accordantly.

  • A minimum of 24 hours in advance is required for cancellations or to make changes to an existing appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the value of the previous late canceled service in the next appointment.

  • Due to the Covid-19 virus please maintain the necessary protection and sanitation measures as instructed by your barber at all times.
